A former nightclub DJ, and a veteran in the hospitality industry serving in and managing bars and restaurants, Bien made the conscious shift to Real Estate when his son was born. Bien began working as a rennie Advisor in 2011, the year he became a Realtor. “The most rewarding part of my job,” he says, “is helping people navigate one of the most important milestones in their lives. First-time homebuyers, newlyweds, growing families, empty nesters and everyone in between. It’s such a privilege.”
A born-and-bred Vancouverite, Bien now lives in Kitsilano, a neighbourhood that’s easy to love, thanks to its gorgeous beach and outdoor pool, its excellent selection of restaurants and shopping, and its proximity to Downtown and Granville Island. Bien believes in building strong communities, where kids can play outside safely and where neighbours know each other.
Bien is an avid photographer, whose favourite subjects are his wife and young son. At his home, you’ll find his family photo books and his son’s artwork on his coffee table and Hawaiian tunes playing in the background.
