About Me

Christopher Boyd has been a REALTOR® since 2009, starting his career at Rennie. He has earned recognition as a Rennie Leader and a member of the MLS Medallion Club. Christopher specializes in marketing and selling architecturally distinctive homes, with notable sales including The Cube House, Ray House, Howard Residence, Marguerite Residence, and Kits Point House.

With over 15 years of experience, Christopher also worked with Rennie Marketing, contributing to the success of iconic properties such as The Private Residences at Hotel Georgia, 6th+Steel, and 1555 West Eighth.

In 2024, Christopher and his two partners (Patrick and Alex) founded the Department of Interest (DOI), a real estate practice built on the belief that architecture and design have the power to enhance life. With a focus on design-driven properties—from modernist cubes to meticulously restored heritage homes—DOI is anchored in a deep understanding of art and design history, combined with a mastery of technology. The team is setting a new standard for real estate marketing in Canada.
