I waited a long time to list my place, and had a lot to do to to get it ready. When the market shifted, Darren gave me the kick I needed. He was even decluttering his own home at the time and we would exchange photos to inspire each other. We had a great time staging and selling it and I was thrilled to get the multiple offers I was hoping for. For my subsequent purchase, we had even more fun than I thought. He was assertive during the negotiation and I was able to score a beautiful new home on the second offer we wrote. Love working with Darren, I found my perfect home.
