About Me

Martha McLellan’s first introduction into real estate was as a Sales & Marketing Coordinator for Intrawest Resort Development Group in Whistler in 1999. She became a Realtor in 2004, and joined the Rennie Advisor team in 2021. The most fulfilling part of Martha’s real estate career is “collecting information through communication and research, to find the best solutions for my clients,” she says. Her dedication to her clients has resulted in valued relationships with clients, who develop into lifelong friends.

Born in Ontario and educated in Montreal at McGill University, Martha has now lived in the Sea-to-Sky Corridor since 1998, and she currently calls Squamish’s Garibaldi Highlands home. She loves her neighbourhood, because it is no more than 5 minutes from downtown Squamish and the oceanfront, while also close to schools, parks, and world-class hiking and mountain bike trails. Over the next 10 years, Martha hopes to establish herself as a local expert on new development and pre-sale projects in the Sea-to-Sky Corridor. She looks forward to watching Squamish grow and change as more people discover its beauty and friendliness.

When Martha is not working with clients, she is out on the slopes skiing with her kids, hiking in the mountains with her dog Hudson, or boating in Howe Sound with her husband and many friends & family.
