For many years we debated over a second residence but never got down to it. In part because we never could identify or trust a realtor like the one who found us our first home. So when our son introduced us to Ryan, we felt he was the right fit and it certainly was. Right from the start of our search, despite our own indecisiveness and lack of focus, Ryan took the pain to give us direction, show us a host of properties send the ups and down of each of them, backed with a ton of stats. I would say we found Ryan very thorough and despite his youthfulness he came across as a pro exuding confidence in all he did. Finally when we bought, it was a property Ryan identified almost new, below market and at a great location. We would recommend Ryan any day.
