About Me

Sam Abadian entered the real estate industry in 2014 and became a rennie Advisor in 2018. He enjoys the rush of negotiating complex deals for his clients and loves to challenge the impossible which forces him to be very creative when putting deals together. The most rewarding part about his job is when he sees his clients grow from real estate beginners to knowledgeable property owners and sellers. To Sam, there's no such thing as a deal that is too difficult that thinking outside the box won't solve. Born and raised in Vancouver, Sam currently lives in Yaletown and enjoys his proximity to Downtown Vancouver while having great access to parks, water, and nature. There's always something for everyone at every age, and it's hard to beat that in a neighbourhood. Sam has traveled to over 24 countries and plans to grow his list over the years with his nearest and dearest. His favourite country so far is Portugal as it has the most amazing food and wine. Topping his bucket list is having breakfast in a hot air balloon in Cappadocia, Turkey.
