With experience as both a small-scale developer and a licensed real estate advisor, Robert finds deep satisfaction in moments like handing over keys to a new homeowner or seeing a once-imagined space come to life. He stays closely connected to the Vancouver Island market through active involvement with VREB and the local Realtor network, and leverages insights from a team of in-house analysts to keep clients informed about the latest trends.

Outside of work, Robert is an avid runner and cyclist, often found exploring island trails or enjoying time at local cafes and beaches with his wife Charlotte, their dachshund Sherlock, and his nieces and nephews.
