Derek Kai joined the rennie team in 2005, becoming an Advisor in 2009. He holds a Bachelor of Science from UBC and has been both a rennie Leader (2013, 2015-2018, 2022) and a Medallion Club qualifier (2015, 2018, 2022). What he finds most rewarding about his real estate career is being able to assist clients with the purchase of their dream homes, and he knows that if he ever needs anything, he can count on his colleagues at rennie. From North Vancouver, Derek now resides in the Olympic Village/ False Creek area, and he appreciates the neighbourhood’s walkability: trendy restaurants, bars, grocery stores, everyday conveniences, and an excellent community centre are all nearby. He also loves taking morning walks along the Seawall with Lola, his Pomeranian Shih Tzu. Over the next 10 years, Derek plans to continue building his presale and resale real estate business.
