Janette was cheerful, optimistic and so informed and informing, as she dealt with the seller, the manager of our new building, and the hurdles and delays that we caused. We were made to feel her most important client and we felt that the highs and the lows were as important to her as to our family. She was conscientous throughout, and I was amazed that she took the time not only to be at the apartment when we arrived but she also followed up with us to ensure our move went smoothly. Now when we return to Vancouver to spend time with our family we include Janette in our visits.
