With real estate running in his family, his mother has been a licensed professional for over 25 years, and Cina has developed a passion for investing in residential properties and other equities. In 2018, Cina temporarily stepped away from the real estate world, embarking on a cultural journey to Taiwan. During his time there, he became fluent in Mandarin, significantly enhancing his language skills. Upon returning to the Lower Mainland amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, Cina reignited his passion for real estate.
