About Me

Daniel Hearnden’s passions for sales and for people had led him to become a rennie advisor in 2021. Upon joining the rennie family, Daniel quickly made an impression on the team, leading him to advance into an advisor role at multiple development projects ranging from more affordable to luxury living. His hard work ethic and dedication has escalated him to be an extremely integral aspect of rennie. Daniel's knowledge and range allows him to easily adapt to any area of real estate and he always puts his heart and soul into any challenge thrown his direction.

The four most important characteristics of a rennie advisor, according to Daniel, are being attentive, compassionate, professional, and efficient. These are attributes that Daniel has developed in his previous work experience as a manager in a restaurant where he engaged with lively customers daily and quickly solved any issues that arose. He is excited for this next chapter in his professional life to further develop these skills among others in the real estate field.

Daniel was born in Vancouver and brought up in Surrey. He now lives in the West End and loves the sense of community there. “I run into someone I know at least once a day in my neighbourhood,” he says, “and you just can’t beat being so close to the great beaches and Stanley Park!” Daniel likes to start his day as the sun rises to work out, and he relaxes in the kitchen cooking up a storm, at the end of long day. He never shies away from a new recipe and loves to try his new creations on his friends.

An unexpected item on Daniel’s bucket list is going on a hot-air balloon ride, and his favourite meal is his Father's lasagna. Daniel is always up to a challenge and enjoys every new experience that he is presented with. This kind of attitude is what makes him so passionate about everything that he puts his mind to.
