About Me

Real estate is in Daniel O’Hearn’s blood. His parents own and operate a property management company, and while he was growing up, he and his brother, Ryan (also a rennie Advisor), often helped out around the office. It’s not surprising that someone who was raised with dinnertime conversations about real estate ended up becoming a Realtor in 2017. Daniel thrives around the positive energy of the rennie Advisor team, which he joined in 2018, and he says he finds “the excitement of a client starting a new chapter of their lives in their new home” thrilling.

Daniel has had lots of experience with both project sales, rental and residentail re-sell. In 2018, Daniel alongside his team-mates launched "618 Carnarvon" by Skyllen Pacific in New Westminster to great success, with construction now underway. Daniel is currently leasing 1188 Bidwell by Reliance Properties, a collection of 109 beautifully crafted rental suites steps from English Bay. For residential re-sell property, Daniel has sold homes of every variety from detached real estate in the suburbs to condos in the heart of the city. He works primarily in Vancouver and in the tri-cities - where he grew up. Daniel has a firm understanding on the most strategic ways to navigate today's market. He prides himself on his work ethic, upfront honesty and knowledge of all things real estate.

Daniel grew up in Coquitlam, and he now enjoys living in Yaletown, because, “it’s close to everything, and getting around is easy, whether by car, transit, or bike.” Since Daniel likes cycling the seawall, happy he’s so close to the waterfront; Yaletown’s vibrant nightlife and dining scene are added advantages. Daniel starts his day with a to-do list in hand, a good breakfast, and an americano; and, at the end of a long day, he likes to relax by having a nice beverage in hand and putting on some good tunes - all different kinds including Classic Rock, Blues, Funk, Hip-Hop, R&B and Electronic. A dream of his is to some day create a Rap EP—this is on his bucket list—but he’ll release it anonymously, so you’ll never even know...
