About Me

I am a member of the Brohearns team.

Daniel O'Hearn is based in downtown Vancouver and has been apart of the rennie team for the past 5 years. He has proven himself in both project sales, leasing and in his own resale business. Daniel prides himself on his work ethic, upfront honesty, attention to detail and keen desire to lean.

Daniel believes the key to a fulfilling career is to focus on the relationships with his clients. Daniel strives to ensure that both the needs & wants of his clients are met before they need to ask. He chooses to work alongside with his brother, Ryan (also a rennie advisor) to ensure the highest level of service is being provided to their clients.

Daniel has represented buyers in the purchase and sale of condos, townhouse, single family homes, land, apartment buildings and development sites. He brings a property management background with him coming from a family which operated their own management brokerage for over 2 decades.

Daniel has been been apart of numerous real estate projects through rennie. In 2018, Daniel and his teammates launched "618 Carnarvon'' by Skyllen Pacific in New Westminster to great success, with construction now underway. Daniel has also worked as a leasing representative for rennie's first rental building - 1188 Bidwell by Reliance Properties. Daniel was tasked with the initial lease-up of the building, navigating the complexities of the rental market throughout 2020 until completing the job in December 2020.

Daniel grew up in Coquitlam, moving downtown in 2014. He enjoys living in the city because, “everything is close-by and there's lots to do and see, all while being surrounded by the water and mountains!" Daniel enjoys cycling, skiing, hiking, camping but also loves a good night out, making cocktails, and getting lost in his favourite music.

Both Daniel and Ryan write and star in their own real estate videos and podcasts. Creating fun and original content has been a big focus since they started the "brohearns" in 2018
