Grosvenor Ambleside: The Story

What I love about selling Grosvenor America's projects is their corporate philosphy "Living Cities."  As a global comany they are involved in development in many different cities and communities. In each project Grosvenor will turn to the spirit fo the individual city and through live, work, and leisure contribute to fosterin the community. This philosphy does not reign more true than at Grosvenor Ambleside in West Vancouver. From the attention to detail in design and finishings that captivated the West Vancouver downsizer, to the  public art commissioned by West Vancouver residents Douglas Coupland and Gordon Smith, Grosvenor invoked life and luxury into an under utlized block on West Vancouver's waterfront. Grosvenor Ambleside will become apart of the West Vancouver story as an iconic landmark.

Click here to view the third installment in a four-part series of short films illustrating the vision behind Grosvenor Ambleside. This film describes Grosvenor's commitment to create a style of living that is a uniquely sensitive response to the location and the people who will reside there. All three short films can be viewed on GrosvenorAmbleside.com.
