Reggie is an experienced Real Estate Advisor and an expert in Real Estate Sales & Marketing. He began his Real Estate career at age 18 as a Project Coordinator with rennie. Since becoming a licensed REALTOR® in 2008, he has repeatedly held the rennie Leader Award and the Medallion Club Award as well as other industry honours and recognition.

In addition to being a top performing Real Estate Advisor in Vancouver, Reggie is also responsible for executing rennie’s presale marketing strategies and implementing high-calibre sales systems for our developer clients. Reggie has successfully managed the sales of thousands of presale homes over dozens of projects since he first started in 1997. He has also trained and mentored some of our top salespeople and continues to be a leader within our organisation. 

Reggie has held several corporate positions in Real Estate throughout his career, including Sales & Marketing Director for Windridge Properties and Commercial Leasing Manager for Wesgroup. He’s also designed and built custom homes and managed and invested in residential and commercial projects. Reggie has an advanced understanding of the market and demonstrates an uncompromising commitment to excellence. He continually aims to raise the bar in professionalism and ethical standards in the Real Estate industry and is a valuable addition to the Real Estate community.

Reggie is an early riser who begins his day with meditation and exercise. If Reggie were anything other than a REALTOR®, he would consider being an architect, as he has an eye and a passion for architecture and design.

Reggie is also very committed to connecting with his community and has ventured into a handful of small businesses, including having conceptualised, built and opened a 100 seat cascadian inspired restaurant in Vancouver’s Chinatown neighbourhood. After putting in a hard day of work, Reggie walks the seawall to unwind. He enjoys a good meal at home with friends and family and reads nightly before retiring to bed. Reggie is a huge lover of animals and has adopted several exotic pets over the years, including two monkeys, named Jorge and Panchita, an owl, and several domestic pets as well. He also enjoys time in nature and in his garden.
