About Me

Terry Donnelly joined the team at Rennie as an Advisor in 2016. He arrived in at a career in real estate through his wife, Julie, who is also a Rennie Advisor. He has long been involved in the Vancouver real estate industry through purchasing, renovating, and selling homes, and his previous career in outside sales in the construction and movie industry (Rep), brought him extensive knowledge in construction and construction sales.

Terry enjoys the challenge of real estate career, as well as the feeling of achievement he gets when he meets all of his clients’ needs.

Born and raised in Glasgow, Scotland, Terry arrived in Vancouver in 1979. So Vancouver is definitely home.

Tery was traveled extensively and believes Vancouver is the best city in the world to live.

He loves the diversity of the city with the different ethnic cultures, he meets every day.

The amazing restaurants the city has to offer and the natural beauty that makes B.C. so special.

He now lives with his wife and their dog in Deep Cove, and they love having the ocean and golf courses close at hand.

Terry is an avid sports lover, Ice hockey, Football, Soccer, Golf and especially when it comes to baseball (he always has an MLB cap with him), and he supports the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.

Terry’s everyday essentials are his morning Nespresso, an umbrella (this is Vancouver, after all), his glasses (so he can see), his watch (so he’s on time), and pen (so his clients can seal the deal).

I specialize in Condos, First Time Buyers, Houses, Investors, Pre-Sale, Seniors and Townhouses.
