I told Brandon I knew exactly where I wanted to live and off we went looking at houses. By the end of the day I knew exactly where I didn’t want to live. I was devastated. I hated all the areas I thought I would love. Now what. Brandon was not deterred and we reestablished what our needs were; lots of indoor space for my husband’s Lego and lots of outdoor space for my plants.
We looked at several areas, at houses and townhouses. So many places but Brandon said not to despair that there was a place for us. Within 2 months Brandon found us a beautiful 2500 sq ft condo in an area that I wasn’t even considering. And at a great price. Thank heavens he is a condo specialist because I just couldn’t get through the minutes of strata meetings. He highlighted the main points and we felt we could live within those strata constraints.
Brandon was extremely patient and knowledgeable. At times we would get frazzled but he kept us on track. He made the process painless and we did have many questions up until the completion and he was prompt with all replies/requests. Brandon is very good at his job and I highly recommend him. He made us very happy with our purchase.
