With deep interest & experience in development, construction, design and an uncompromising dedication to service, real estate was the natural next step for Colby. With genuine curiosity about his clients— stories, histories and lifestyles— Colby has a proven knack for connecting with people and helping people find their dream home. Colby also loves leaning on macro and micro data to remove any blind spots, leveraging up-to-the-minute market insights to help clients make informed decisions when purchasing or listing a home.
After initially moving to Vancouver in 2012, Colby ventured to Mount Pleasant to sample the amazing food, coffee, and shopping. He quickly fell in love with the neighbourhood, admiring how the local businesses, residents and visitors all flourish together. Fast forward to present day, Colby has been proud to call Mount Pleasant home since 2016, and has expanded his expertise in the neighbourhood, as well as surrounding communities including Yaletown, Coal Harbour, the West End, Fairview, and Kitsilano.
Outside of selling homes, Colby’s happy place is getting out with his dog, playing sports, or cooking it up in the kitchen, where he loves creating new dishes for his family, friends and clients.
