Haylie attended the Gustavson School of Business, graduating with honours and a double specialization in Service Management and Entrepreneurship. She implements the teachings of how to create an efficient, personalized client experience and combines them with her real world expertise from prior positions in sales and marketing to deliver exceptional service as a Realtor.

As a nationally ranked sprinter and hurdler, Haylie has dedicated a large portion of her life to athletics. Being a competitive athlete has taught her what it means to make sacrifices and stay focused in the name of achieving your goals. She leverages this learned determination and strive for success to provide the best experience for her clients.

In her free time, you can find her at the gym or outside on an adventure exploring the hidden gems of Vancouver Island. Her love for fitness and the natural world translates into a vibrant energy and can-do attitude, which helps her get the job done efficiently and with a smile on her face.
