About Me

Ian Zendejas brings a unique blend of experience and passion to his role as a rennie advisor. Having transitioned from a successful career as a private chef and property manager, his background has equipped him with exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills. His approachable nature, coupled with his availability and support, builds long-lasting client relationships, ensuring all their real estate goals are met with care.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, Ian specializes in the vibrant neighborhoods of Burnaby, downtown Vancouver, Vancouver East, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, and Vancouver West. His commitment to client care–paired with his deep understanding of the Greater Vancouver real estate market–ensures that every transaction is handled with precision and trust.

Born in central Mexico, Ian moved to Calgary at the age of 11 before eventually settling in Vancouver in 2016. His career began in the culinary arts, before becoming a property manager for high-end residential properties across Metro Vancouver, which further deepened his connection to the real estate industry.

When he’s not assisting clients, Ian enjoys relaxing with his wife, their cat Tuna, and their Boston Terrier Georgie. Whether it's taking Georgie for a long walk or savoring a great meal with family, Ian knows the importance of balance in his life. As he continues to grow with rennie, Ian looks forward to further establishing himself in the industry and helping more clients achieve their real estate dreams.
