About Me

Janine Alexis Moreno joined rennie as an advisor in 2024, drawn to the company’s dynamic team, growth-oriented mindset, and exceptional support systems. Her adaptability, caring nature, and strong work ethic make her an ideal advisor and have resulted in her building genuine relationships with her clients.

Janine focuses on the East Vancouver, Burnaby, and Richmond markets. Born and raised in Vancouver, she brings a local’s knowledge and passion for the area to each interaction. Prior to becoming an advisor, Janine gained invaluable entrepreneurial experience by running several businesses, including an e-commerce venture she started at 18, a family-owned used car dealership, an Airbnb property, a Turo Carshare, and a bonsai shop. This diverse background has shaped her approach to real estate, emphasizing patience, perseverance, and continuous improvement.

In her free time, she enjoys a good morning workout, sauna session, and relaxing in the evenings with her partner, Harry. She also runs a successful charcuterie business and has founded a women’s group focused on life and Faith.

Janine’s ultimate goal is to provide value and service that leave her clients better off than when they first met—a principle she believes is at the core of good business.
