Jill Carter brings over two decades of passion, dedication, and expertise to her role as a rennie advisor. Specializing in the Squamish, Whistler, Furry Creek, and West Vancouver markets, she has been a trusted advisor since 2003. Drawn to rennie’s collaborative culture and values, Jill joined the team in 2024, continuing her commitment to providing exceptional service and client care.

Jill’s real estate journey began after working with Fairmont Hotels, where she developed her skills in customer service and sales. Her transition into real estate was sparked by a townhouse pre-sale project in Pemberton, which led her to make Squamish her home and launch a full-time real estate career. She’s been helping clients navigate the market ever since, whether they’re first-time buyers or seasoned investors.

Known for her ability to tell the unique stories behind every home, Jill’s passion for people and her extensive experience in pre-sales allow her to guide clients seamlessly through every step of their real estate journey. She finds it rewarding to watch clients grow within their investments or helping families downsize to their next chapter.

Now living in Garibaldi Highlands, Jill loves the sense of community that Squamish offers. Outside of work, you’ll find her staying active with kickboxing or winding down with evening walks and recaps of the day with her family.
