Haven't been to the 'Shore' lately..?

Lower Lonsdale is no longer just a commuter hub where traffic flows through the Quay and into the downtown core.  'Lolo' is a thriving business district with a renewed, modern, and growing housing market.  The Shipyards has been an exciting revitalization of a formerly industrial and inaccessible waterfront which is now home to thriving restaurants, cafés, hotels and public spaces.  Polygon Gallery - a landmark of the Lolo District has become the hub of the Shipyards and is home to the uber cool, Nemesis Coffee.

Bridging access to the waterfront is the City of North Vancouver’s Spirit Trail which is a 6.5km portion of a proposed 35km greenway that will extend West from Deep Cove to Horseshoe Bay.  This has undoubtedly been a game changer for the area and brought with it many new opportunities for urban design and living.  Up and coming Harbourside Waterfront by Concert Properties is the newest master planned community, soon to be offered for sale.  The project, which has a LEED Gold certification goal will consist of a dynamic integration of residential and rental homes, office, commercial and retail spaces.  This location with its south facing waterfront exposure and north facing mountain views will be coveted.
