Matthew Davis is a Victoria local who has lived in several places across North America through previous careers and opportunities, including playing tennis at a collegiate level in the United States. Matthew's experiences living in so many different places have made calling Victoria home easy because he enjoys every aspect of the West Coast. The parks and recreation Victoria has to offer complements his active lifestyle and love of sports. He plays tennis, golf, slow-pitch softball and spends as much time outdoors as possible.

The community involvement of residents in Victoria is one of the reasons Matthew believes this city is the best place to live in Canada! He has had the pleasure of working with United Way of Greater Victoria, and various programs that support youth sports throughout Victoria.
