About Me

Nick Yeung brings over 13 years of experience across residential development, commercial leasing, and residential real estate.

Prior to joining rennie group in 2019, he spent more than seven years working in real estate development for some of Metro Vancouver’s leading developers and advisory firm. During this time, he was involved in land acquisitions, development strategy, and the pricing and positioning of new residential projects, working directly with development teams on underwriting assumptions and market strategy across multiple market cycles.

Today, Nick works across commercial leasing and residential transactions, applying a developer and investor mindset to market-facing decisions. He advises clients on pricing, timing, and risk, with a focus on thoughtful strategy and long-term value.
