Before Oscar got his real estate license, he was part of a renovations company that refurbished countless apartments across New Westminster. From this experience, he gained a deep understanding of the details that make a home valuable, such as floor plans, finishing carpentry, costs and timelines. Coupled with his service industry background, Oscar brings a knowledgeable and client service-oriented approach to his real estate practice.

Born in Colombia, Oscar has lived in Canada since he was eighteen years old. He resides in the West End, a neighbourhood he loves for its close proximity to the beach, Stanley Park and Downtown Vancouver. In his spare time he enjoys spending time outdoors, going to the gym, and reading.
