About Me

Phil began his career as a rennie Advisor in 2010 and has since become one of the firm’s top-producing agents, earning the prestigious “rennie Leaders Award” multiple times. He has also taken on significant roles in pre-sale projects, including five years as Sales Manager at the Olympic Village, also known as The Village on False Creek. Despite the high-profile nature of this development and the public scrutiny it faced, Phil is proud to have contributed to over 500 firm sales at the Olympic Village. His achievements include the complete sellout of Canada House on the Water, the iconic residential building designed by Arthur Erickson. Bob Rennie, a prominent figure in the industry, has described the success of the Olympic Village as one of his most significant career milestones.

From 2014 to 2022, Phil led the sales team for Grosvenor Americas, an internationally recognized luxury property developer. His projects included Grosvenor Ambleside in West Vancouver and The Pacific by Grosvenor in downtown Vancouver. Phil and his team achieved remarkable success, selling and closing on 88% of units at The Pacific during the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic—one of the most challenging periods in pre-sale real estate. As a resident and owner at The Pacific, Phil brings personal investment and expertise to this development.

Since 2019, Phil has extended his role at rennie by serving as the brokerage’s Advisor Ambassador, where he mentors and coaches fellow advisors. In this position, he offers practical guidance, best practices, and career development support, helping his peers excel as licensed Realtors.
