Meet Kyle Rakhra, a new member of our growing Advisor team.
What inspired you to join rennie?
I have always dreamed of working downtown and have had a passion for high-rises since I began my real estate career. At rennie, I'm provided with the support I need to help all of my clients and friends because of the exclusive access I get to many of city's project opportunities.
What got you into the real estate industry?
My family has been in real estate for a long time. At first I did not pursue it as a career opportunity but as time passed by and after gaining other job experiences, I began to see the limitless potential of being a Realtor. Real estate offers an amazing learning curve and countless opportunities to meet people from all different walks of life.
Who is your biggest industry idol and why?
In this diverse business there are so many ways to create success but if I had to name someone who influences the way I do real estate, it would be Simon Sinek. His lessons on how to be a great leader and how to determine your core business values has helped me find clarity in my own pursuit for success.
What do you most look forward to about coming into the rennie office?
I look forward to seeing all the friends and peers, along with getting the best deal for my clients. The pastries and coffee are incentive as well.
What is the most rewarding part of the job?
Helping my clients purchase a house that they can turn into an amazing home where they can grow, love, and live a wonderful life.
What's one thing most people don't know about you?
I know every single word of every single N Sync song, ever.
How do you start your day?
I begin my day by waking up at 6am to drag myself to the gym, then followed by meditation.
What’s the most memorable place you have travelled to?
I went to Bali, Indonesia and it was incredible. Bali is filled with culture and there are so many temples. I fell in love with the food, the people, and everything in between. It was a dream destination that I got to cross off my bucket-list.
What's the first spot you go to after coming home from a trip abroad?
My first stop is to Breka Bakery for a Steak and Cheese panini. It's the best panini out there, it feels like home.
Thank you, Kyle. Welcome to #teamrennie!
