rennie team tuesday - Riley Gould

Meet Riley Gould, Advisor at rennie.

Why do you work with rennie?

rennie provides an environment for advisors to learn, grow and succeed. At the forefront of Vancouver real estate, rennie’s strong reputation continues to offer confidence to buyers as they make large decisions regarding their homes. In an ever-changing market, the entire team delivers innovative ways to market projects and engage clients. I am excited to be part of such a collaborative and goal-oriented organization.

What makes you passionate about real estate?
As an Advisor, I am fortunate to act on behalf of my clients in assisting with the buying and selling of their homes. The trust they put in me, and the relationships I build with them along the way, are what continue to make me passionate about what I do.

What do you value most in your friends?
Loyalty. I know I can trust and count on my true friends at any time.

What do you most value in your colleagues?
A good sense of humor and a strong work ethic. If you had one extra hour every day, what would you do with it? Coming from a large family, I often wish I could spend more time with them. An extra hour each day would hopefully allow me to do that.

If you were given $3M to invest in Vancouver real estate, what would you do with it and why?
Growing up in Vancouver, I’ve been able to witness immense change in multiple areas within the city. Mount Pleasant transformed after the Olympics, and Gastown has become a centre for tourism and culture. I would purchase real estate somewhere I saw similar potential.

What is your favorite gem and why?
Summertime in Kelowna (preferably on the lake).

Tell us about your everyday essentials.
I’m fairly simple when it comes to my everyday items. I start everyday with an iced coffee to wake me up and get going and shake up a Vega hydrator to keep me hydrated. I’ve never liked carrying a wallet, so a card case allows me to hold the cards that I need on a daily basis. Other than that, car keys, my cell phone and sunglasses are important to get me to and from meetings and to communicate with my clients.

Thanks Riley!
