About Me

Shana is an award-winning real estate agent who joined the Rennie team in 2022. Shana started in real estate in 2014 and has been involved in the residential building industry since 2005.

Shana spent her childhood in Singapore, grew up in South Surrey and now resides downtown. She loves the beautiful ocean and mountain views, as well as being just steps away from biking the Seawall. Shana starts her day early with a cup of coffee followed by yoga, meditation and reading.

For Shana, the most rewarding moments are guiding and supporting her clients in achieving their real estate goals. Shana brings her passion, creativity and integrity to every real estate deal.

Shana specializes in working with builders and investors in all classes of residential real estate including land and presale projects. With a degree in Leadership and a background in business, Shana continues her lifelong learning in residential appraisal and commercial real estate valuation.
