Shana is an award winning real estate agent who started in real estate in 2014 and has been involved in the residential building industry since 2005. For Shana, the most rewarding moments are guiding and supporting her clients in achieving their real estate goals. Shana brings her knowledge, negotiation and creative problem-solving skills to structure every real estate deal.

Shana specializes in working with builders and investors in various classes of residential real estate including leasing, land and presale development projects. With a degree in Leadership and a background in business, Shana continues her lifelong learning in residential appraisal and commercial real estate valuation.

Shana is actively involved in the community and has dedicated her time to board work with charities and executive committees within the Lower Mainland since 2013.
