“Empty your cup so that it may be filled; become devoid to gain totality.” - Bruce Lee
Theresa’s passion for real estate, architecture, and design started at a young age. She used to visit show homes after school, eager to convince sales people that she could design homes with her drawings. Her persistence paid off when, at age 12, she got her first job selling homes. Terry from Homexx Homes allowed her to work after school and on weekends, and she spent many years working alongside him, meeting architects and clients. This early experience laid the foundation for her career, leading her to work with custom builders for many years before taking a break to start a family and eventually obtaining her real estate license in 2020.
For Theresa, the most rewarding part of her job is helping clients navigate their most significant purchase. She listens to their needs and wants, creating a list of priorities to find a home that checks all the boxes. She especially enjoys working with families and first-time homebuyers, exploring different neighbourhoods with them, and witnessing their joy when they find their ideal home or investment opportunity. The happiness and fulfillment her clients experience, gained by the service she provides, is the ultimate motivation for Theresa.
As a rennie advisor, Theresa demonstrates deep knowledge, great professionalism, , strong communication, a steadfast work ethic, and sharp negotiation skills. These qualities, combined with her experience in customer service and market analysis, ensure her clients receive personalized, knowledgeable, and trusted service throughout their real estate journey.
Outside of work, Theresa is also a foster parent to two bunnies, River and Twilight, through Vancouver Rabbit Rescue. She starts her day with meditation and a hot cup of coffee before her family wakes up. She enjoys spending time with her family outdoors, whether hiking neighborhood trails, having dance parties in the backyard, or gardening.
