This property includes a double lot with a creek in the back, a private community 40 acre beach with clams, oysters and geoduck, a boat launch with dock, a club-house on the beach, two playgrounds, and a covered picnic area on the Duckabush River. Members can take 18 oysters and 40 clams per day with a max of 3 people per membership per day limiting. Splash in the meandering river just steps from the house, enjoy a BBQ or picnic under the large community covered area, or walk the beach at low tide. Launch your boat and park the trailer right at the private launch for fun on the canal!
