The unexpected and unprecedented changes that occurred globally in the wake of the covid-19 outbreak derailed an economic expansion that was into its tenth year here in Canada. Here in Metro Vancouver, the housing market has shown considerable resilience and is likely to remain active for the foreseeable future due to low-interest rates and a recovering economy.
