The latest market stats have just been released, and rennie Intelligence has compiled a summary of sales and listings for the Greater Vancouver board area.
The expansion of overall inventory has been driven by the condo segment, with there being 2,000 more condos available for sale in November than there were one year ago.
Overall, sales in Greater Vancouver were down in November: by 18% compared to October’s count and by 42% compared to November 2017. The 1,623 sales in November were the lowest count for this month in the past decade.
