In 1988 one Robert Ginyard and one Rodney Bryce aka "Rob Base & DJ E-Z Rock" laid down that immortal track, "It takes two to make a thing go right. It takes two to make it outta sight". My whole life I wondered what two things they were referring to that made things go right & outta sight, but it wasn't until I saw those two generous bedrooms at 4035 Verdugo that I realized what they were rapping about. That yes, great space and a great floor plan really do make things go right & outta sight. So here it goes. In the spirit of Rob Base & DJ E-Z Rock allow me to bust a little real estate rhyme , "This house has got a real funky concept. It's got a floor plan that's gonna keep you in step.
