I had the privilege to have the opportunity to be the Sales Manager of the team that pre-sold this incredible development called Grosvenor Ambleside, located in West Vancouver.
We worked tirelessly to sell out this magnificent residential building that comprised of 99 luxury residences at what was considered the highest price for square foot not only in the Vancouver market, but perhaps in Canada at the time.
In addition, representing the renown Grosvenor Americas was a huge feather in our caps, and afforded us to refine our service and presentation skills to arguably the most sophisticated, some of the highest net worth and discerning buyers in our market at the time.
Inevitably, these pre-sales turn into resale opportunities.
I am truly honoured and blessed to have these wonderful opportunities and to be recommended by the developer to one of the resident owners is truly humbling.
