We're excited to introduce the rennie podcast – a podcast about everything real estate for the real estate interested. Through the first half of 2025, sales in the Vancouver Region were almost one-third below their long-run average, marking the third-slowest first half to a year in over two decades. Meanwhile, it was the second-busiest first half for new listings, which has buoyed inventory to its highest level since the summer of 2012.
