Annual sales in the Central Okanagan in 2025 surpassed the previous year’s tally for the first time since 2021. It was also the only major market in BC to record a year-over-year gain. Meanwhile, new listings reached a more than 26-year high and inventory finished the year at its highest level since 2013.
