Coachella Valley saw both sales and inventory counts rise in October, reaching the highest levels for the month in several years. Still, inventory growth is outpacing sales, allowing the months of inventory ratio to cross into buyers’ territory for the first time this year.

Sales in Greater Victoria climbed more than typical in October, but weaker condo activity kept the overall tally below the 10-year monthly average and lower than last year’s level. While active listings declined, this was the most inventory at the end of October since 2014.
