the kelowna rennie advance | October 2024
While new listings activity increased substantially from August to September in Vancouver and Victoria, the same can’t be said for Kelowna. Like sellers, buyers in Kelowna weren’t very eager either with a larger-than-typical drop in sales from August to September.
