Sales activity remained suppressed in King County with last month’s count coming in at the lowest level for March in available data going back to 2013. Inventory, meanwhile, was at more than a decade-high for the month.

As is typical in the spring, active listings in San Diego County grew last month. However, where they finished the month was slightly below last March’s level, marking the first year-over-year drop in inventory since December 2023. Meanwhile, sales were higher than the previous two March’s, though they remained significantly below the long-run monthly average.
