Located on one of the loveliest streets in Movie Colony, yet just steps from downtown, this mid-century gem is nestled among historic old Spanish homes of the 30s and 40s. Belden Crist (whose father designed many traditional revival style homes for prominent Los Angeles people in the 20s and 30s ) This was Crist's personal home and the attention to detail shows by the thoughtful placement of the house on the lot so as to offer sweeping west and south mountain views from most of the rooms.
