Specializing in the Okanagan Valley–particularly his hometown of Summerland, BC–Patrick brings unmatched expertise to each transaction. Over the years, he’s navigated a wide range of markets, including Toronto, Edmonton, and Vancouver, and has helped clients buy and sell properties in all sectors. He has managed complex transactions from subdividing a mobile home park, to remediating a nursing home to developing lakeview lots in 2 of the Okanagan’s premier single-family projects. His deep understanding of the intricacies of land use planning and regulatory applications, including Agricultural Land Reserve (ALR), orchards & vineyards, makes him a trusted advisor for even the most complex projects.

Outside of his work, Patrick enjoys traveling with his wife of 35 years and spending time with their seven grandchildren. Living across from one of the Okanagan’s finest beaches, he cherishes family moments in this vibrant community.
