We look for people who are thoughtful, capable, and motivated to do meaningful work - people who care not just about what they do, but how they do it. Collaboration, curiosity, and accountability matter here.
For home office & corporate roles: It usually includes a video conversation with our People & Culture team, a virtual or in-person interview with the hiring manager, a short assignment, and a follow-up conversation with a senior leader. We want to get to know you, not just your resume, and provide you with plenty of opportunities to ask questions.
For sales & presentation centres: The initial conversation starts with the Sales Operations team to review the position and key expectations. Qualified applicants are then invited to an in-person interview with the project's Sales Director for further discussion of experience and fit.
It varies by role, but we do our best to move quickly while taking the time to find someone who both fits with and adds to our team. If selected, most candidates hear from us within two weeks of applying.
Most roles do not require a real estate license.
If a role requires a real estate license, it will be noted in the job posting.
Note that the nature of some roles means you cannot be a transacting realtor at the same time. Inquire with the recruiter if this is relevant to you and your situation.
