Specializing in the vibrant neighborhoods of Vancouver, Burnaby, New Westminster, Surrey, and Whiterock, Raven brings a unique blend of language skills and cultural insights to her work. She is fluent in English, French, Punjabi, Hindi, and Spanish, which allows her to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients. Her ability to listen attentively and perceive what is said—and unsaid—sets her apart as a skilled negotiator and empathetic advisor. She has also travelled extensively, from Johannesburg to Japan, which has deepened her appreciation for diverse cultures and customs.

Outside of her professional life, Raven was crowned Miss Lower Mainland in 2016 and was named among the Top 3 in the Philanthropy category in Miss Universe Canada 2019. She shares her home with two beloved pets, Sophie, a Shiba x Pomeranian, and Odin, a Pembroke Welsh Corgi. In her spare time, Raven enjoys continuing her Spanish studies, ensuring fluency in the language and broadening her linguistic expertise.
