Howard Steiss, joined the rennie advisor team in 2020, has been licensed as a Realtor/Associate Broker for over 40 yrs.

Residing in White Rock South Surrey for the last 24 years , Howard and his family spent 20 years living in the Chantrell-Elgin Park neighbourhood. Recently "empty- nesters", Howard and Brenda "right-sized" from the family house to a new condo in White Rock. Having met many families over the years through his three sons's school , ice hockey and baseball years he can attest to the excellent local amenities here for families in South Surrey /White Rock.

40 years of Professional Real Estate Experience:

Prior to his current role as a real estate agent in White Rock and South Surrey with rennie & associates realty, he managed the sales and marketing programs for many Vancouver developers including the award winning Adera Development Group in Vancouver BC. Following 22 years as a development marketing executive at Adera , he founded Red Dot Real Estate marketing and sales consultancy in South Surrey working with major developers clients in the new condo/townhouse sectors. In 2014 he established his own development company and over the next 5 years built and sold "Built Green" eco-friendly homes including the Beachborough in West White Rock, Easton in West Coquitlam, Clarke in Port Moody and Parkgate in North Vancouver. He was a past recipient of the coveted CHBA Gold Georgie award for Best Marketing and Salesperson in New Home Construction in BC.

Howard's experience is unrivalled. He shares his knowledge, negotiation strategies and in-depth business experience to ensure his clients have a rewarding outcome. Howard's personal interests outside real estate include fishing and travelling with his family. Howard enjoys supernatural BC and cherishes the environment that we have around us.
