Prior to his current role as a real estate agent in White Rock and South Surrey with rennie & associates realty, he managed the sales and marketing programs for many Vancouver developers including the award winning Adera Development Group in Vancouver BC. Following 22 years as a development marketing executive at Adera , he founded Red Dot Real Estate marketing and sales consultancy in South Surrey working with major developers clients in the new condo/townhouse sectors. In 2014 he established his own development company and over the next 5 years built and sold "Built Green" eco-friendly homes including the Beachborough in West White Rock, Easton in West Coquitlam, Clarke in Port Moody and Parkgate in North Vancouver. He was a past recipient of the coveted CHBA Gold Georgie award for Best Marketing and Salesperson in New Home Construction in BC.
