About Me
My work focuses on strategic real estate decisions in Whistler’s high-value property market. I advise buyers and sellers navigating chalets, apartments, and land acquisitions, where the primary risk is not access to opportunity, but misjudging value, timing, and long-term positioning.
My somewhat unique perspective was shaped early in my career as a Commercial Crimes Detective Inspector with the Royal Hong Kong Police, where analytical discipline and risk assessment were central to every investigation. Since then, I have applied that same framework to more than 30 years in real estate across British Columbia, primarily in Whistler and Vancouver.
My extensive experience in real estate sales and marketing has seen me working on international resorts, including advisory and consultancy roles in North America, the Caribbean, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia, as well as senior involvement in major resort and Olympic infrastructure contexts in China.
My role, as I see it: To ensure my client's decisions are grounded in clarity, not assumption, and in long-term value, not short-term emotion.
