About Me
Beginning his real estate career in 1989, Steve is a veteran of the Whistler market. Applying his steadfast perseverance to his trade has been the keystone of Steve’s success, helping to connect families and investors to properties throughout the popular resort town.
With Whistler touting a global appeal, Steve has represented clients from around the world. He is perhaps the resort's most travelled Realtor: British born, Steve spent his early years in Hong Kong before making the move to Whistler in 1997. With over three decades in the industry, Steve’s winning formula of experience and local knowledge is intertwined with exceptionally strong relationships with valued clients and industry professionals.
Steve works in partnership with his daughter, Martina, and they are formally recognized as The Cartner Team. They joined Rennie in 2023 and there is no doubt, with Steve's experience and Martina's youthful exuberance, they will continue to excel within the always busy and always changing Whistler real estate market.
