About Me

Amber Wang joined the rennie advisor team in 2021. Her passion for real estate began shortly after graduating from the UBC Sauder School of Business, when she worked with a real estate developer and gained early exposure to the development process, presale marketing, and the broader investment landscape.

With more than eight years of industry experience, Amber has developed a comprehensive understanding of both commercial and residential real estate. Her practice focuses on development land, commercial acquisitions and dispositions, and commercial leasing across Metro Vancouver. Her work frequently involves navigating municipal planning frameworks and development considerations, allowing her to provide clients with deeper insight into land use potential, development feasibility, and long-term investment value.

Amber represents a diverse range of landlords and tenants in commercial leasing transactions, providing thoughtful guidance throughout the decision-making process. She has represented both national and international organizations in leasing mandates across the Lower Mainland, including education institutions, childcare operators, medical and healthcare providers, non-profit organizations, and independent business owners, across the office, retail, and industrial sectors.

Fluent in English and Mandarin, Amber brings valuable perspective from her experience with multifamily and mixed-use developments across the Lower Mainland, including insight into development economics, planning processes, and evolving market trends.
