About Me

Bien Matute began working as a rennie Advisor in 2011, the year he became a Realtor. “The most rewarding part of my job,” he says, “is helping people—from first-time homebuyers, to young newlyweds, to growing families and empty nesters—through one of the most important milestones in their lives. It’s such a privilege.” Every day, he gets an uplifting boost from the welcoming smiles and seemingly boundless energy of his rennie Advisor cohorts. A born-and-bred Vancouverite, Bien now lives in Kitsilano, a neighbourhood that’s easy to love, thanks to its gorgeous beach and outdoor pool, its excellent selection of restaurants and shopping, and its proximity to Downtown and Granville Island. Bien believes in building strong communities, where kids can play outside safely and where neighbours know each other. A former DJ, Bien is an avid photographer, whose favourite subjects are his wife and young son. At his home, you’ll find his family photo books and his son’s artwork on his coffee table and Hawaiian tunes playing on his iPhone.

I specialize in Condos, First Time Buyers, Houses, Investors, Pre-Sale and Townhouses, and speak English and Tagalog.
