Active listings in the Central Okanagan finished April at a lower level than April 2025, the third consecutive month below the prior year’s level. This trend has primarily been a function of a material drop in new listings through the first four months of 2026. Meanwhile, sales came in below last April’s count and were well short of typical levels for this time of year.

Greater Victoria recorded its first year-over-year sales increase of 2026 in April; nevertheless, this was still the third-fewest sales in the month of April in over a decade. New listings activity remained robust, and inventory continued to push to new decade highs.
