  • There's a spring in the step of the fall market: November tallied over 5,000 sales in November, making it the 3rd most active November on record.
  • South of the Fraser markets have been more active than those North of the Fraser: November sales were 76% higher in the Fraser Valley Board area vs. 28% higher in the Greater Vancouver board area.
  • We'll see more housing tailwinds than headwinds in 2021, setting the stage for an active housing market next year.

Rising energy prices as a result of the war in Iran have rekindled inflation concerns and put upward pressure on interest rates. Sales in the Central Okanagan remained above last year’s level in March, but inventory was notably lower, leading to tighter market conditions.
