Episode #8 - rennie intelligence insights - December 2020In this episode, we join members of the rennie intelligence team, Ryan Berlin and Bowen Behan Pausey, to review the latest residential data for the Vancouver Region and discuss three key insights gleaned in November 2020:
- There's a spring in the step of the fall market: November tallied over 5,000 sales in November, making it the 3rd most active November on record.
- South of the Fraser markets have been more active than those North of the Fraser: November sales were 76% higher in the Fraser Valley Board area vs. 28% higher in the Greater Vancouver board area.
- We'll see more housing tailwinds than headwinds in 2021, setting the stage for an active housing market next year.

Sales activity remained suppressed in King County with last month’s count coming in at the lowest level for March in available data going back to 2013. Inventory, meanwhile, was at more than a decade-high for the month.

the san diego rennie advance | April 2026
As is typical in the spring, active listings in San Diego County grew last month. However, where they finished the month was slightly below last March’s level, marking the first year-over-year drop in inventory since December 2023. Meanwhile, sales were higher than the previous two March’s, though they remained significantly below the long-run monthly average.
